Cod liver oil is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Chidlife Pure DHA is of high quality and purified Arctic Cod Liver Oil, certified to be free of mercury, PCBs and dioxins. May be given when your infant starts eating solid foods, continuing throughout the teenage years. Our gelatin is derived from fish, while most other brands use pork or beef gelatin.

How to Take:
6 months – 1 year: 1 – 3 softgels daily (open softgel)
1 – 3 years: 3 – 6 softgels daily
4+ years: 6 – 9 softgels daily
